Here I ago again...adding something else to my somewhat spilling over plate! Yes, the blog world has lured me in =) Because I have benefited from other creators sharing their creations, I decided to jump on board and share mine! This blog began with this simple little request... This was my latest project...adding some color to a Christmas present that a friend received from her father-in-law. It was a Pinterest inspired 16 inch prayer board...and secretly, I am JEALOUS! lol  However, it was made with a cool coat of white paint and well...we need more color in our lives! So, my friend called me with a plea for help and I happily obliged :) Here is the end result...  I created this by simply layering paint on until I got the desired effect...took about 30 minutes to transform. For a quick tutorial on the process of layering paint, click here.
